Every Wednesday I join Alyson Beecher from kidlitfrenzy and other
kidlit bloggers to share wonderful nonfiction picture books.
The intention of today's blog is to give educational professionals
new nonfiction reading material and ideas to use
with students to promote a love of reading nonfiction materials.

It's interesting that 14/16 of these titles are PB bios. I too have noticed a plethora of them this year.
ReplyDeleteThanks for reminding me of the ones I still need to read, or to look for in the future, Michelle. There are great ones out, and more coming!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the list. I've read and heard of some of there but a lot are new to me. Can't wait to check them out!
ReplyDeleteI can't even chose a favourite, there's just too many! Like Melissa said above, there seems to have just been an explosion of pb biographies recently, which is pretty awesome.
ReplyDeleteLOVE the list Michele! I am very much looking forward to Some Writer! You shared many I have not seen so now I am off to request them. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI've only read 3 but own 2 more! What a great list.
ReplyDeleteGO ADD THESE TO OUR GRs GROUP :) Pretty please :)
Great list. I'm really looking forward to Some Writer! and Esquivel! Funny how they both have exclamation points and they're the ones I am wanting. I still haven't read Woosh! - another ! and it's one I am eager to get my hands on. :)
