Hard to believe that we're looking at the start of a new year!
I don't know about you, but I'm ready for 2017!
Especially for the books.
This week I'll be spotlighting books to come.

So many wonderful books to look forward to in 2017! Which ones are you excited for? What did I miss? I know there are others coming out in 2017 that don't have dates announced yet, can't wait to hear when more are being published! As I mentioned earlier, I just picked a few to spotlight. Be sure to check back on Thursdays as I spotlight these books and more.
Be sure to check back the rest of this week for more upcoming books!

Happy Reading in 2017!
This list is adding to or confirming my directions for #MustReadin2017 Thank you!
ReplyDeleteI am looking forward to quite a few of these - A Boy Called Bat, Moon Shadow, Orphan Island. I just read The Warden's Daughter - it's quite different than what I expected. Enjoyed the second Fenway and Hattie. Another book I'm really looking forward to is One Amazing Elephant by Linda Oatman High. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteI'm looking forward to reading many of the great MG on this list! Also, I'm thrilled that my second MG, CALL ME SUNFLOWER, will be published by Skypony Press in May!
ReplyDeleteGreat list!! I'm also looking forward to Karina Yan Glaser's The Vanderbeekers of 141st Street, coming out Fall 2017, and Flying Lessons and Other Stories by Ellen Oh (and many others!)
ReplyDeleteA book that will be a "must read" is the Skeleton Tree (Scholastic) by Kim Ventrella (a librarian and a super writer). The first time she brought it to critique, I knew it had legs. Here's a taste, "There are lots of things that grow in backyards. Bones aren’t one of them." Release date October 2017
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing these titles. So many great authors! I'm going to be coming back to this list over and over as the year goes by.
ReplyDeleteGreat list, Michele!! So many must-reads here!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great list! I cannot wait to read them all! My MG debut AHIMSA (Tu Books) will be coming out in fall.
