2021 Favorites - part one - 5.01.21

Last year I posted a "Favorites" post three times throughout the year.  It was a fun way to look at the books that were published that year.  It's something I hope to do annually.
Looking at my 2021 reading, I can see I am behind where I usually would be at this point.  Even though it's no 2020, this year hasn't been a walk in the park either.  I have found many things to distract me and tear me away from reading time.  Sometimes I have had trouble falling into a book, whether it's a picture book or chapter book or novel!  But I keep on trying and we'll see where the year will take me!
Here are some favorites so far!

That's what I have so far!  If you've missed a title from this list I highly recommend finding it!  What is on your list... so far?
I have so many more titles to read.  Maybe I'll get "caught up" this summer??? Ha!  But I'll try!
