#mustreadin2015 April update

Must Read 2015 logo

Update #1!

I did really well in January and February, but by the time March came around, I think every library book I've ever had on hold came in!  I slowed up a bit, still read, just not as much from this list.  But I'm determined to turn that around, even though I have I think 10 novels currently checked out from the library!

This month, April, I'm determined to get to:
A Dog Called Homeless
Echo
Wish Girl
Finding Serendipity

We'll see how it goes, but I always feel like declaring it publicly helps :)

The 2016 Bluestem Choice List came out a few weeks ago and that has also put a dent in my #mustreadin2015 list, as I'm trying to read those.  Oh well, read read read :)

  1. You are doing well. I look forward to your thoughts on A Dog Called Homeless. Such special book. I also highly recommend How to Steal a Dog by Barbara O Connor. This is a fabulous classroom read aloud. Jack is on my list too - I will be reading this title aloud to my class!

  2. You're making a lot of progress on quite an extensive list! I have Landline on CD. Do you want me to send it to you? It was from a Goodreads giveaway so I feel the urge to pass it on to someone else. Let me know and I will be happy to send it. :)

  3. Your list is organized just like mine- the Excel spreadsheet version of it, at least. That makes me so happy!

  4. You've read so many good ones, and you have so many more on your TBR list. I see you want to read Echo in April. I've heard so many good things about it!!

  5. You are making a lot of progress! I sort of forgot about my #mustreadin2015 list--and ALL my 2015 reading goals, for that matter. I've got to get busy!

  6. We share many books but your list is much, much longer than mine. I loved A Dog Called Homeless. There was a "take my breath away" moment for me. I can't wait to see what you have to say about it.

  8. I love your list! I have a lot of the same books on mine that are on yours. I'm part of a Mock Newbery group on Goodreads, and Echo is the book we are reading for April-- so you and I may be able to compare notes on that one in a few weeks! ;)

  9. Your list is beautifully organized! You've also got a lot of jewels waiting for you. I especially adored Deborah Wiles Countdown and Revolution and can hardly wait for the third in the series to be published.
